Pickleball is a relatively new sport in the UK. It fosters mobility, fitness and good health and can be competitive…but always fun.
Pickleball is played either indoors or outdoors on a court similar size and markings to a badminton court, or marked out pickleball lines on a tennis court.
The rules have evolved to limit aggressive play and encourage placement and tactics above strength and power, suited to any age group but particularly for older players since it can be learned quickly, games last minutes rather than hours and skill is the winning weapon.'
We currently run 2 sessions between 11:30 and 15:30. We have a block booking of 2 courts at 11.30-1.30pm and then a further 2 courts from 1.30-3.30pm
