We meet weekly on Mondays at Sale Leisure Centre. Sessions last an hour and a half from 2 o'clock to 3.30.
Its usually full but if there are spaces as shown on the weekly Whatsapp poll voting system then those people on the waiting list are invited.
N.B. Parking is free at the leisure centre (two parking areas - one on Broad Road and one around the corner on Woodlands Road) as long as you enter you car registration plate details on the machine at reception - otherwise you may get a large fine.
