We are a group that is passionate about history both British and global, with a wide range of
interests from the Tudors to the Second World War and beyond.

Our aim is to discuss the notable characters and events, explore family stories particularly with
regard to the world wars and how they fit into the wider historical context. We also plan to arrange
visits to museums and sites of historical interest including towns, houses and halls, battlefields,
bunkers and all!
