The group meets at the Gardeners Arms in Timperley. We do not pay for accommodation, members just need to buy a drink. In playing the game, a good vocabulary is helpful and it is particularly useful for members to learn the two-letter words - from aa to zo - which can help players to fit words in and make the most of scoring opportunities. it is, however, not necessary to know the meanings of words. The group is open to beginners and improvers.
